Rug Shipping Instructions

1. Please record the following on the invoice received in kit: Full name and address, including zip code and telephone number. If package is one of several, indicate so.
2. Place instruction sheet inside the rug roll indicating the work to be done. Please note any special problems or considerations.
3. IMPORTANT: If your rug is wider than 66" fold your rug in half to make it half as wide across, then roll it up and tie it twice... If your rug is wider than 113" fold into thirds and then roll and tie it twice. Slide your rug into the shipping sleeve and seal the sleeve shut.
4. Using the enclosed tape tabs, tightly secure all the loose shipping sleeve and tail ends against the rug body.

Your cleaned, restored rugs will be returned to the same address unless you specify otherwise. We normally ship rugs back approximately one week after we receive them. If you would like to pay an additional charge for faster two- or three-day turnaround time, please let us know.

Within 24 hours of your rug's arrival, it will be inspected so the original estimate can be revised if necessary. You will be notified promptly when you can expect your rugs to be returned.
